Fun fact: I have a pebble in my knee from falling off of my scooter when I was younger! I also wrote a book with my grandma when I was eight, scored a 31 on my ACT, used to have a Minecraft YouTube channel (where I went a little viral one time???), and my favorite color is grey. I am obsessed with my two cats, Lorenzo and Enya, and one day would love to have a tiny little backyard zoo. I even won nationals one year back when I played softball!
My first play was in 2008, when my mom, my sister, and I all auditioned for the community theatre production of Beauty and the Beast. I was only five, but I have a very clear memory of rolling around in a laundry hamper (my teacup costume) on stage. Since then, I've been in various community, high school, and college productions. I even got to be in the cast for the world premiere of 6x6!
I graduated from Anoka-Ramsey Community College with an Associate of Fine Arts in Theatre only a week before I graduated from high school, thanks to PSEO. I then continued my education at the University of Minnesota Duluth, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre this fall.

Along with theatre, I have a special interest and love of music. Along with playing the trombone in band, I've been writing songs since middle school and learning how to produce music since I started college. It was my dream to one day put songs onto Spotify, and I have finally done it! This fall, I released my first single titled "how did we get here?" under the artist name sylviathinkstoomuch on all platforms.
